Welcome to Southern Hospice Group.

In 2024, three Sussex-based hospice charities merged to form Southern Hospice Group.

Together, we support children, young people and adults who have life-limiting conditions which will significantly shorten their lives. We help those we care for, and their loved ones, to make the most of the precious time they have left together.

By combining the strengths and expertise of three hospices, the organisations hope to improve access to specialist palliative and end-of-life care, achieve greater efficiency, and ultimately benefit patients, families, staff and the wider communities.
